About Us
IN THE BEGINNING...............................
In the beginning this 100 year old artistry was brought over from Europe by an Englishman named Leonard Price.  Leonard started painting the coins as a hobby and to his delight saw a  favorable reaction from his friends and family.  He then began teaching his daughter, Jane,  his technique along with Jane's husband Dave. Now there are 4 generations doing this beautiful artwork. These hand painted coins stand out among any other coins you may come across because Jane took her father's technique one step further. She developed enamels that actually make the backgrounds and water on the coins glisten. The coins are painted so uniquely that there is no doubt in your mind that it's an actual coin. The enamels vary due to being mixed by hand except for the 24 Karat gold plate that is sometimes used on the coins. The final protective coating is baked on and gives the piece a three deminsional look. No two coins are identical. If you have a special coin with a memorable date, we do custom orders. We guarantee our artwork and if you are dissatisfied for any reason we will gladly give you a refund.  These beautiful hand painted coins and medallions are legal and truly a work of art that will be treasured by all.
